The idea behind the 'bringbackthebutterflies' campaign is to encourage resident groups to create wildlife-friendly butterfly conservation gardens in their area. Interested groups should hold a meeting to decide if they are going to take part in the project. Campaign organiser Jim Leigh can visit the gardens site to offer advice and suggestions.
Jim's aim is to release the potential that many gardens in Camden have for this project - to fill gardens with colourful, fragrant flowers, shrubs and native trees that will not only benefit wildlife, but will enhance the quality of life for residents and visitors.
