70 Lamb’s Conduit Street, WC1

news

Ex-Vogue Editor Abigail Chisman’s Designer Jumble Sale has won free Christmas retail space at 70 Lamb’s Conduit Street, WC1.  Over 90 proposals were received by property consultants Farebrother. 75 guests packed into a surprise party in the vacant shop to view the 15 short-listed entries and celebrate with the winner.

The Designer Jumble Sale is an Independent fashion business founded by Abigail Chisman, former Editor-in-Chief of Vogue.com. She staged fundraising pop-up events at London Fashion Week selling high-quality, new and secondhand designer clothes and accessories. Typically, new items are sold at 50% less than their RRP and secondhand items sell for 90% less than their original value, donating some of the profits to a local charity along the way.

And if you want to take on the premises in January, I'm sure Farebrother will be pleased to hear from you. The vacant, 1,579 sq ft former Starbucks unit is a prime corner location .
