London's Burning – A City Transformed with Jo

This is one of the regular walks which official City of London guides take turns at leading.

It explores the many times that London has faced destruction, only to rise again from the ashes.

There is no need to book. Meet outside the City of London Visitors' Information Centre, EC4M 8BX (southside of St Paul's Cathedral) and pay on the day. £7 adults / £6 concessions.

 

Fund Raising Walks for the Multiple Sclerosis Trust

Lansdown's London is joining forces with many fellow London tour guides as part of 20in20. The Foundling Museum tells the amazing story of The Foundling Hosptal established in 1739 by Thomas Coram to care for babies at risk of abandonment and celebrates how the contributions of artists such as William Hogarth and Handel have contributed to the ongoing success of the charity that still bears the Coram name. You will be in expert hands with Jo who is an accredited Foundling Museum guide.
