Discover the darker side to Camden’s past as GRIM TIMES presents a murderous fairytale.
Once upon a time in old London Town there lived a very bad lady. So bad was the lady, and so wicked were her intentions, it was decided she was too be 'turned off' upon the break of the following dawn. It was then the City sighed as peace returned… until the cry of murder was heard once again.
Using an accent of fairy tale narrative, moralistic lessons, social statements and true accounts, this grisly history performance will uncover some of Camden's lady-killers. Narrated by our very own twisted storytellers, this shock-a-nory will educate and entertain at the same time.
Please Note: This event is not suitable for under 16s and those of a nervous disposition

Our mission behind each performance is to bring new audiences into our libraries by using drama intervention to engage local history. Both the creative team and performers have given a considerable amount of own time for free in order to help this cause”
