With the London 2012 Olympic table, the 2012 World Championship table and now the Glasgow 2014 Commonwealth games table added to their prestigious collection, Bounce have unveiled a golden opportunity for local residents looking to keep fit and active during the winter months.
The spacious Ping Pong venue located at Holborn Circus will be holding ‘Ping Pong Active’ sessions every Monday between 10am and 11.30am.
Users can enjoy a highly social and motivating experience with an added bonus to keeping fit and improving skills in the hugely fun and competitive game. The classes, led by Table Tennis England approved coach Rachel Kashi, are completely free to those registered to receive state benefits, and just £5 to all others, following a free introductory class.
Adam Breeden, CEO & Founder of the successful ping pong venue says ‘Table tennis is widely recognised as an educational stimulant and offers, good cardiovascular exercise and health benefits to players of all ages and fitness levels, and has long proven to promote social cohesiveness to troubled parts of local communities. Ping Pong Active was born out of a desire to offer something beneficial to the local community, in a unique and inspiring environment’.
