Arthur Potts Dawson will be returning to his beloved kitchen in The People's Supermarket for a series of themed Recipe Sessions for the rest of the year. He will be giving a talk and demonstration about how best to prepare and cook with seasonal produce.
This Friday's talk will be about fresh fruits & berries and in the demonstration Arthur will show you how to make jam, fruit compotes, summer puddings and fruit jellies!

Wine & Cheese Adventure
Thursday 18 August, 7-8.30pm
TPS presents the first in a series of introductory evenings of Wine & Cheese. For £16 only you get to try 6 wines with 6 cheeses - no experience of wine necessary! Limited spaces are available; you can ONLY buy your ticket at the till in-store.
Pasta making course
Sunday 21 August, 2-5pm
John, our head chef here at The People's Supermarket, will be offering a pasta-making masterclass to six lucky members! He will be cooking 2-3 pasta dishes including fillings and sauces; each ticket costs £30 and you can buy them in-store, just ask one of the duty managers or at The People's Kitchen.
