Don't miss the Marchmont Street Party.

There will be an eclectic mix of live music, including the smooth jazz of 'Shades in Jade', the urban celtic rhythms of local band 'Northern Celts', 'Ashanti Development' marching band and 'Coco Express', one of London's leading Salsa/Merengue bands. There will be loads to keep the kids entertained, from Punch & Judy shows, Jugglers, magicians and stilt walkers, to free face-painting and a mini-fun-fair.

There will be more than 60 stalls run by local groups, businesses and individuals, including a special treat, with the Marchmont Community Garden Partnership giving away 50 free window boxes to residents of street properties located within the Marchmont Association's area of benefit (see maps). Residents will be able to build and take home a free window box with compost and plants supplied by the Camden Garden Centre, on presentation of a recent utility bill as proof of residence.The Deputy Mayor of Camden is due to pay us visit.
