refreshments 6.45pm, meeting 7 - 9pm
A message from Cllr Julian Fulbrook
After an attempt to find a suitable venue in Covent Garden on an appropriate night, we will be back in our usual location for our next Area Forum in the Band Room at Coram's Fields [at the eastern end of the frontage on Guilford Street]. Tuesday 16 November for the autumn term meeting.
The agenda is always in your hands, so please let me know of any current topics you think appropriate.
All residents in the ward are very welcome to the Area Forum.
This is also an opportunity to meet your three local councillors and to raise any issues of concern. We plan to be there from 6.30pm, and will be able to stay afterwards to talk over any particular concerns.
This 'Town Meeting' format has proved to be a helpful adjunct to all the other opportunities for getting together to discuss and then campaign on the local issues that are vital to us in the Holborn and Covent Garden ward. The only stipulation on 'excluded business' at this Area Forum will be that, as in all general public meetings, we will not be able to deal with individual casework; but of course any constituent is welcome to use this opportunity to talk to us before or afterwards, confidentially, about individual matters, or to come along to one of our regular ward surgeries for advice. These surgeries are on the first and third Fridays of the month at Bedford House, and on the last Friday of the month at Dragon Hall, from 6.30pm to 7.30pm.
Julian Fulbrook
Cabinet Member for Housing
Councillor for Holborn & Covent Garden (Labour)
Inquiries to Karen Martins, Executive Assistant, Room 122
