Bloomsbury has remarkably close associations with children and young people. This guided walk through one of London's most attractive areas highlights some of these fascinating links. It includes Peter Pan and his lost boys, Captain Coram and his foundlings, a world famous children's hospital, a Nobel prize winning poet and a stunning Art Deco building which is said to have been the inspiration for a classic children's toy and much more.

The walks are led by Jo Wilkinson or Karen Lansdown. Both are lifelong Londoners who grew up together in this area. They set up Lansdown's London to share their insider's view of the city with fellow Londoners and visitors wishing to stray from the usual tourist trail.

Jo is an official City of London and Camden tour guide and Karen an official City of London and Clerkenwell & Islington tour guide.
