Would you like to learn a new (money-making) skill, or just be able to impress your friends at parties?
Please, join Lesley, with his ten years' experience tending bar in both San Francisco and New York City, for an afternoon session of cocktail basics.
You will learn to make the fabulously tart-yet-sweet Lemon Drop. You will be taught the basics of measured-pouring, rimming, garnishing, and ingredients mixing. There are Boston Shaker sets for four aspiring 'mixologists' to use, jiggers and strainers, knives and cutting boards to be shared amongst us. Lemons, sugar syrup, and glassware will also be provided. The session should last a little more than an hour.
Please, bring questions, enthusiasm and a desire to shake some booze!
Essentials: £4 per person to cover the cost of the alcohol and an RSVP to beabatz@gmail.com by Friday, February 3rd. No RSVP, no go!
