For one day only Books and The City are taking over The Gallery, located opposite Boots in The Brunswick. Join in a morning of under-the-sea fun with The Octonauts (TM), the hit CBeebies show, perfect for children aged 4-7. This FREE event includes interactive storytime, activity sessions and a guest appearance by character costume Captain Barnacles. Session times run from 11.00am-11.45am and 12noon-12.45pm

A pop up Reading Lounge will then be running from 2pm onwards, the Book Boutique will be open for reading and relaxing and there will be special giveaways, competitions and offers running all day.

Plus, join author Rebecca Chance from 5.30pm for an evening of fizz and frolics to celebrate the launch of her brand new book Bad Sisters!
