At the meeting on the 13th February residents raised concerns about the new Premier Inn premises in Holborn. (Newton Street). This was followed up with the council’s licensing team. The premises has the following licence in place:
 
·         The application was submitted on: 08 Dec 2011. No representations were made by either interested parties or responsible authorities.
·         The licence was granted with the following permitted times and activities:
·         Films: Monday to Sunday  10:00 - 00:30
·         Late Night Refreshments: Monday to Sunday  23:00 - 00:30
·         Retail of Alcohol:
·         Monday to Sunday 10:00 - 00:30 (To the public)
·         Monday to Sunday  00:00 - 00:00 (24 hours a day to residents of the hotel)
·         The supply of alcohol shall be extended from the end of permitted hours on New Year's Eve to the start of permitted hours on New Year's day
