An evening exploring some of the works made in the parish which changed modern art, including Ezra Pound and Wyndham Lewis's Blast and Virginia Woolf's Jacob's Room. What can we learn from their genesis about art, creativity and faith now?

Peter Howarth has a BA from Oxford University and a PhD from Cambridge University, and lectures at Queen Mary college, University of London. He is the author of British Poetry in the Age of Modernism and a contributor to the Cambridge Companion to Twentieth-Century British Poetry.
